For best results, we recommend following our **Knowledge Bank Best Practices** , which you can find here: [Knowledge Bank Best Practices](https://docs.convai.com/api-docs/convai-playground/character-creator-tool/knowledge-bank#knowledge-bank-best-practices) Currently, while the Knowledge Bank can technically accept content in languages other than English, **English is the only officially supported language**. Using Japanese may work in some cases, but accuracy and consistency can be affected. With AI you can translate your file into English if you wish. ### Suggestions to Improve Accuracy: - **Stick to English** in your Knowledge Bank for optimal performance. - **Lower the temperature** setting under your character’s Core AI Settings. This can make the AI’s responses more focused and reduce variability. - Also, check the forum for similar discussions, other users have shared helpful insights.
