Both sample and custom scene ### Short summary Actions are not triggered with Conversation-based instruction ### What happened? On a fresh Convai Unity Character (Camila from LipSync sample), the Actions system is fully configured and verified working when triggered manually (via the Actions Editor’s “Run Now” button), but never fires as a result of a normal conversational turn — whether the trainee’s instruction arrives by voice or by typed chat text. The character’s dialogue reply is coherent and contextually correct (e.g., it confirms it will perform the action), but no action is ever dispatched, logged, or executed. This reproduces identically across two different LLM models (Gemini Flash-Lite Minimal and High), two service environments (Beta and Production), and after a full Editor restart, which points to an Actions decision pipeline failed trigger via Conversation-based rather than any local Unity misconfiguration. ### What did you expect? The Convai Character understand the instruction context, and translate into appropriate actions on the Convai Action list. ### Steps to reproduce 1. Run in Play mode 2. Hello, Please go to **Project Settings → Convai SDK** and set **Global Log Level** to **Debug**. After that, test the Action again. Then copy all the logs, paste them into a `.txt` file, and share the file with us. Also, after triggering the Actions, please share screenshots of the **Live** section in the **Actions Editor** so we can review what happened during the Action execution. ---

Hi, thank you for replying me. I attached log and screen capture of the Actions Editor while in the Play mode as you requested. In the session, I instruct NPC to follow me (Player), it replied of accomplishing the instruction, but didn’t follow me. However, when I trigger Follow The Player action manually from Actions Editor “Run Now” button, it triggered the action. Hope it can give you a clear explanation of the issue.
