Hi, I want to enter the Voice ID from eleven labs, how do I do it? Because currently the options are limited. ---

However, whenever I try to save the character with this voice, I get the following error: “Unable to update character details. Please try again in sometime.” I’ve tried: - Using incognito mode - Changing only the voice (not other settings) - Switching to public ElevenLabs voice first, then switching back - Waiting several hours The error still persists. Could you please help fix this character update issue on your end? ---

I have upgraded my subscriptions to both Convai and ElevenLabs to the Pro tier, but I’m encountering a new issue. When I deploy the project in Unity for my VR game, the NPC’s voice output becomes choppy — it can’t speak in full sentences and often sounds unstable. What solutions can I use to fix this problem? ---
