I am using unity 6 version 6000.0.41f1 I ![image](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex004/uploads/convai/original/2X/1/14a9f2f1351064f68d3f6cea4d285f5fb4aac989.png) I think my character is deaf or I am not speaking I have been trying the last several days to get this working even in the demo mode it is not working what I have noticed from the demo and my dry run is that there does not seem to be any microphe settings or audio setting can someone please help I have the Indie subscription ---

Why did you disable the Convai Canvas? Please make sure you haven’t made any prefab overrides that might have unintentionally affected the setup. Reverting those overrides and ensuring the Convai Canvas is active should help resolve the issue. ---

Please make sure your character has a Capsule Collider component attached, and ensure that the “Is Trigger” option is enabled. ---

Great to hear it worked! To import one of your characters from the Convai website, simply copy the Character ID and paste it into the Character ID field in your project setup. If you are referring to importing the visual/appearance of the character created in Avatar Studio, unfortunately, that part is not currently supported. Let us know if you need further help! ---
