Hello - My last lab study participant got this message today. All my characters are getting same message. Please advise. I tried for an hour. I have study participants coming from BST morning. To rule out network issue, I tried on my other laptop but still the same message.

I tried to create brand new avatar but I cant as I am getting same message as reported above.

I created new account to see if it’s related to my account or my plan.
I get same message in new account as well. Hopefully you can restore the service by BST morning.
