Hi Convai team,
My character suddenly stopped responding 3 days ago, and it still does not respond to written or spoken commands(on my app and on the playground). I think it might be a billing issue, because when i go to see the available plans, it does not show my active plan(although all bills are paid), but when i proceed with Indie Dev, i get an error saying there already is an active plan.
I already sent an email to the support team 3 days ago, but still don’t have an answer.
Attached you can find the error log from Unreal Engine.
