ElevenLabs Enterprise API Key - Private ElevenLabs Voice has vanished

Thanks for your speedy reply, it’s appreciated.

We have created a custom voice based on Callie, which has been given permissions with the API key that is in my Convai account profile.
The email address for the account is: piersonlippard@abovetheline.ai
The custom voice ID is: uo9kgwdM4plaPKHcdznk

It would be fantastic if this voice access could be allowed as soon as possible please.

Thank you both for getting the Custom voice option sync’d to the character so quickly yesterday.
I tested the new custom voice within the Convai dashboard yesterday and the correct voice is coming through perfectly, which we are delighted about.

But I currently have an issue in Unreal, I have the Convai Base Player GUI on screen. But when I Hold “T” to talk. Nothing happens.
Previously with other voices it worked perfectly.
Is there anything I have to do differently in the setup to get the Custom voice working?

Could you please share the logs?

And please make sure you are using the API key from the same Convai account where you added the custom voice. If a different account’s API key is used, the custom voice will not work.

I’ve taken a quick look at the output log when loading the project level. Here’s the warning message that relates to Convai’s plugin tools.

I’ll see what happens with the log now when I enter player mode.

I’ve never seen this message before, it shouldn’t be a blocker. By the way, which version of the plugin are you using?

I tested your account and character. It’s working as expected. I think you made a mistake in the installation part. Did you add your character ID?
