# Issue When Selecting Custom Uploaded Avatar from Unreal Engine

Dear Convai Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am experiencing an issue when selecting a custom avatar that I uploaded from Unreal Engine. Every time I select this specific avatar, the stream stops and I receive the following message:

“This stream was stopped because you’ve been inactive for too long.”

However, when I select other existing avatars, they process correctly and the stream does not stop.

Additional details:

The upload process from Unreal Engine completes successfully.

The logs indicate that the upload was finalized without fatal errors.

The issue only occurs when selecting the avatar that was uploaded from Unreal Engine and created using Character Creator.

Could you please help me understand why this specific uploaded avatar triggers the stream inactivity timeout while others do not?

Could you please share the Character ID? and make sure you’ve selected the custom Avatar.
