Good morning! I’m having issues with the characters on my account. Every time I try to talk with any agent, I get the errors shown in the picture. Hello, Which plan do you see on your Billing page? Does this issue happen with all characters? Also, is the email of your Convai account the same as the email linked to this forum account? Please share these details so we can investigate further. ---

For the month of November, I cancelled the Convai plan because I won’t need to use it extensively this month, so the 100 interactions included in the free plan are more than enough for my small tests. For character development, I use the email address venereponti@libero.it, and I’ve attached the screenshots of the plan. I tried and now it’s working again, thanks! It’s just that in the plan it still shows me the previous photo and not the free one. ---

Could you please clear the cache? F12 → Application → Storage → Clear Site Data. ---
