# Language not sync

I am using both Indonesian and English in my project with a multilingual VA. However, when my character responds, the language gets mixed between Indonesian and English, especially when listing content and knowledge. Strangely, in some cases, the language also gets mixed inconsistently.
this is my char ID : b86e66ea-eea2-11ef-8782-42010a7be016
please give me input for this.

Hello @innovation,
Please ensure that your Knowledge Bank documentation is entirely in English.
Additionally, try adding clear instructions in your Character Description, such as:
“You can speak Indonesian and English. You can switch between these languages during conversations.”
