# Login.convai.com refused to connect

loginconvaicom refused to connect.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Click on call button.  
2.Get on a call and wait 1-2 mins.  
3.Site gets redirected

- Framing ‘[https://convai.com/](https://convai.com/)’ violates the Content Security Policy directive “frame-ancestors ‘self’”
- “Iframe is not available or not loaded” right after the call starts

Thanks for the detailed report and the console logs, they made this easy to pin down.

The error `Framing 'https://convai.com/' violates the Content Security Policy directive "frame-ancestors 'self'"` means the Convai site is being loaded inside an iframe on another page. **We don’t support embedding [convai.com](http://convai.com) or [login.convai.com](http://login.convai.com) in iframes.** Both domains send a `frame-ancestors 'self'` policy on purpose, for security reasons (mainly protecting logins and sessions from clickjacking). So when the session redirects to [login.convai.com](http://login.convai.com), Chrome blocks it and you see “refused to connect.”

To fix this:

- **Use the Playground directly:** open [convai.com](http://convai.com) in its own browser tab instead of inside an iframe or a wrapper page.
- **To put an avatar on your own site:** use our Web SDK or embed integrations, not an iframe of the Playground. See the [Web SDK & Embeds](https://forum.convai.com/c/integrations/three-js/7) category and our docs at [docs.convai.com](http://docs.convai.com).

If this happens when you open [convai.com](http://convai.com) directly in a normal tab, with no iframe involved, please reply with a screenshot of the Network tab showing the redirect, and we’ll look into it further.
