Apologies, I can’t understand where to put the file. I just copied and pasted the file into my project folder and content folder, but nothing changed when I opened Unreal. Ah, I see the issue now. You downloaded the Convai plugin from FAB, but you can’t drag it in that way. Instead, please do the following: 1. Download the **5.6 zip** from here: [https://github.com/Conv-AI/Convai-UnrealEngine-SDK/releases/tag/3.6.7](https://github.com/Conv-AI/Convai-UnrealEngine-SDK/releases/tag/3.6.7) 2. In your project, create a **Plugins** folder if it doesn’t already exist. 3. Drag the **Convai** folder from the extracted 5.6 zip into your project’s **Plugins** folder. 4. Inside the Convai files, locate the **Metahumans** folder. 5. Drag and drop this folder into: **Plugins/Convai/Content**. 6. If prompted to replace existing files, click **Yes**. 7. Reopen your project and test if the issue is resolved. ---

disabled, and copy pasted the 5.6 Convai folder in Plugins. still seeing the failed to import ---

It is located in `{Project Location}/Plugins/Convai`. ---

uninstall the existing Fab Convai plug in, then re open the project until convai content folder appears. then drag and drop metahuman folder ---
