Hello @42soo, To help us understand the issue better, please try the following: 1. Go to [convai.com](https://www.convai.com/) and click on your character. 2. Use the chatbox that appears on the right side of the screen to send a message. 3. Let us know if the character responds. If the character does not respond: 1. Please open your browser developer console and share the logs with us. Here’s how to open the console based on your browser: - **Chrome / Edge / Brave** : Press `Ctrl + Shift + J` (or `Cmd + Option + J` on Mac). - **Firefox** : Press `Ctrl + Shift + K` (or `Cmd + Option + K` on Mac). - **Safari** : First enable the Develop menu from Safari \> Preferences \> Advanced \> “Show Develop menu in menu bar”, then press `Cmd + Option + C`. Once the console is open, try reproducing the issue and then right-click on the log area, select **Save as** , and send us the file. ---

Yeh something isn’t right with mine cfdabcbc-ea46-11ef-b0f3-42010a7be016, I’m getting the following message in the Playground : ![1](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex004/uploads/convai/original/2X/a/acba39552d76f2781297632f59733d3e6d415eb2.jpeg) Here’s the console from Chrome (hope I’m getting the required info here) : ![2](https://canada1.discourse-cdn.com/flex004/uploads/convai/original/2X/9/94416789d799301ce82528d59d5b32db405095b7.jpeg) But also in my app, my speech doesn’t seem to be reaching the server, because it is no longer transcribed in my chat box and when the character replies it has no relevance to what I have said, which I’ve found sometimes happens when I try to send my speech for processing but it isn’t processed. I noticed this about 30 minutes ago but wanted to wait in case it cleared itself up. ---

I tried Convai Voice, and CGP-Middle-aged US feminine Voice. but both of them don’t work ---
