**Reply by freezfast | 2024-10-26 15:50:49** Hi \<@513923426080260106\>, from the directories in the log file, the plugin seems to be installed to a very unusual directory, make sure you download the plugin the official way, and ensure that Unreal Engine sits in a directory with no parent files with spaces in their name ---

**Reply by jeasysehgal | 2024-10-26 16:22:14** The plugin was installed in the Plugins folder of the engine folder itself. Installed it from teh launcher. Not sure how or where I should install it. DO you suggest removing the Convai plugin from the engine and installing it in the project/plugin folder instead? ---
