# Plugin install error

hello every time i try to install the plugin from the epic games launcher i got the same error to every UE version please help  
Unknown Error  
An unknown error has occurred during installation of AI for NPC, MetaHuman - Dialog,  
actions and general intelligence - by Convai. If the problem persists, please contact Epic  
support.  
Error Code: IS-EO-Lnc-Bldlnfo:Http-403

This issue seems to be related to the Epic Games Launcher or Epic’s installation service.

As an alternative, please download the plugin directly from our GitHub releases page:

After downloading it, create a **Plugins** folder inside your Unreal project directory, then move the downloaded **Convai** folder into that **Plugins** folder.
