Hi. We’ve been using a custom voice from Elevenlabs within Convai without any issues for some time, but it hasn’t been working properly for a few days now. On the Elevenlabs website, it works fine, but within the character profile in my account, with that voice selected, it doesn’t sound like the same voice. Has anything changed that could be causing the process to fail? We have Pro plan on Elevenlabs and Game Tier Plan on Convai. Thank you. ---

hi! so it seems to be kinda working, but not quite rigth. elevenlabs has changed a little bit since last time i cheked it. can it be related with the api request? it seems like now you can select the model and a few more things. As what i listen in convai does not match with what i hear in elevenlabs. response = client.text\_to\_speech.convert( voice\_id=“voice ID” output\_format=“output format”, text=text, model\_id=“eleven\_turbo\_v2\_5”, # use the turbo model for low latency **voice\_settings=VoiceSettings(** \*\* stability=0.0,\*\* \*\* similarity\_boost=1.0,\*\* \*\* style=0.0,\*\* use\_speaker\_boost=True, i migth be wrong. but just wanted to check with u guys Thanks! ---

We haven’t made any changes, and upon checking, we couldn’t identify any issues on our end. I recommend trying with a different voice to see if the problem persists. ---

We have the same issue. We had to change from Eleven Labs to built in Convai voices. Despite getting the Pro plan of Eleven Labs. Would be interested in the solution to this. ---

hi! so the thing it’s we are using profesional voice cloning. What model and parameters are convai asking for in the api request? is there a way to tweak it? Also, i hear poping in the audio. but again, it works fine on elevenlabs. i tried with a different profesional voice cloning, one that they have in the catalog and happends the same. for me it looks like the api request it’s asking for values that don’t work or are different. ---

The settings were different on the backend for the voice you were using. Have updated it now. Can you pls give it another try? ---
