# SendTrigger causing character to repeat transcript

I have upgraded to the new beta version 4.0.0 on macos and am getting an issue when I fire off a trigger using `SendTrigger`, the character almost always will repeat the exact same transcript twice. Occasionally, it will work correctly and not repeat, but a majority of the time it does. I do not get this issue when invoking the trigger through the web portal.

For whatever reason, I’m having trouble reproducing this now. Have any changes been made on the server side? I’ll also try again later.
