### Target platform

### Where does it happen?

Only after build

### Short summary

Words getting concatenated (no spaces) in text and audio — Windows desktop build

### What happened?

Intermittently, the character’s response is returned with words merged together — missing spaces in the displayed text, and the same words slurred/mashed together in the synthesized audio instead of spoken naturally. This isn’t constant — some responses in the same session render and speak correctly, while others show this pattern. Occurring in our shipped desktop build using the Convai Unity plugin (installed via Unity Asset Store), not in the web Playground. Both text and audio show the same corruption, suggesting the issue happens upstream of TTS synthesis — likely in how the response is chunked/streamed and reassembled before being passed to the plugin. See attached screenshot: first two responses render with normal spacing, third response (“Yes,Icanseeyou.Ifthere’sanythingyouwanttotalkabout…”) shows words merged with no spacing.

### What did you expect?

Text and audio responses should consistently have correct word spacing/separation, matching the raw LLM-generated response every time.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Launch the desktop build and start a conversation with the character
2. Send several consecutive messages back and forth
3. Observe that some responses render/speak correctly, while others intermittently show merged words in both text output and audio

**Follow-up:** Tested by duplicating the character and switching Core AI Settings to `gemini-2.5-flash-lite`. The word-jumbling issue still occurs. Since this reproduces across two different LLM providers (gpt-4o and gemini-2.5-flash-lite) with default settings otherwise unchanged. This happens in build and in Unity preview as well apparently

Could you please try testing it again?

I tested your character on my side, and the responses appear to be working as expected.
