Good evening, Tonight adventure is: I have 2 NPCs in my scene one is the Prefab Missy and another is a character that I imported from CC4, I have just upgraded to the professional plan, I cannot get them to talk to me, for instance: When I speak to Missy she sometime respond after a long timeout and with my other Character (Isaiah) he will not speak, I have followed the documentation to the letter for setting him up from [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=va-qyFa312g&t=366s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=va-qyFa312g&t=366s) I also added some different funtions but for right now the basics do not work, Like lip-sync and movement when speaking however when I do Isaiah to respond and say to him show me a dance he does but then he loops and I can not get him to stop. The talk button doesn’t seem to trigger. Could you please share the logs that come out after you press the talk button? ---

How do I find those logs for pressing the talk key? ---

To help identify the issue, please follow these steps to generate the relevant logs: 1. Clear your Unity console. 2. Press the Play button in the Editor. 3. Approach your character. 4. Press the T key and check if the interaction works. If it works with the T key, then clear the console again and try using the talk button on your VR device. If that doesn’t work, please share the Unity Console logs from that attempt so we can investigate further. ---
