Hello @Michael_Cutajar,
I checked on my end and couldn’t find any problems. Please make sure that your browser has the necessary permissions to access files on your computer.
I did all that, reset cache, does it take alot of time for you to load once the “Upload your image” button is pressed?
FaceFilter is compatible with Metahuman characters. Try selecting a Metahuman character from the Configure Avatar section.
Additionally, make sure to:
Once done, you can publish it from the Publish Menu on the far-left section.
By the way, how did you resolve the image upload issue?
hahaa. i attempted to try the face filter, and it frooze, and now im back to the same error as before… i removed all permissions from the site settings from google chrome. keep you posted.
If the issue persists, please let us know.
Yep, still present.Feedback:
google chrome - not able to open avatar studio
firefox: avatar studio loads, and remains loading
safari : able to load it, unable to add my own image to the avatar.
Overall, its not a good enough product yet.
The one time I managed to upload my image was after re-setting everything on google chrome, arranging all permissions, removing all blockers, then i tried, it loaded for a few seconds, and chrome crashed.
Thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
So far, we haven’t received reports of image upload or crash issues.
Based on what you’ve described, it seems like Pixel Streaming might not be functioning correctly on your device, possibly due to network restrictions or browser settings.
I’ll escalate this to our team so we can investigate further and see how we can assist you.
We appreciate your patience as we work on improving the experience!
What do you mean network restrictions?
I mean connection related issues, such as restrictions from VPNs or network firewalls that might be affecting Pixel Streaming.
However, in your case, it seems more likely to be a device or browser related issue.
