Use Codex and Claude Code to integrate Embodied AI Agents in Unreal Engine 5.8

In this tutorial, we demonstrate how AI coding agents like Codex or Claude Code can automate the heavy lifting of game development. Instead of wiring everything manually, you can prompt your agent to connect a Convai AI mind to your avatar, enable lip sync and facial animation, trigger actions, and write custom gameplay behavior inside Unreal Engine.

We start with a basic avatar in Unreal Engine and walk through a complete agent-assisted workflow:
