I haven’t yet started exploring some of the more advanced features like actions etc, but I do have a question. Would it be possible to, say, open a URL based on an action? For example, open up a calendly link upon asking a virtual assistant to book an appointment, or something like that?

Yes, actions would work, here’s steps.

First, you’ll need to create a script and make sure that it opens the URL with a key.
Once you’re sure of that, watch our Documentation and Video to learn the Convai Action system and then connect the method you created.
