What is the best way to force the NPC to respond within the context of the knowledge bank and backstory ? It happens to me that in many cases he answers with information that he doesn’t have and I have no idea where he gets it from. Is he searching on the internet ?
The point is that it is very critical that he only answers with the information that you give him and does not invent or look elsewhere for this information.
Any help/tips ?

In another moment I commented that we are working for some clients and currently we have 2 who want to take the development but the situation that has arisen for several days still has no clear answer and even less a solution.
Also before delivering the project, you need to see licensing options as there can be many different Avatars with their own documentation as a knowledge base.
We have already invested a lot of time but we cannot close the project if this problem continues.
Is it possible that someone can help us to understand how their LLM works in this situation ?
If you would allow the use of at least ChatGPT(which works perfect in this) I would not insist with this issue.

The issue you are currently experiencing will probably be fixed once you have set up your backstory and knowledge base files correctly.
However, a completely non-productive response is not something we would support as the character needs to have a personality, way of speaking, etc.

As I said before and in other messages, this takes quite some time and as you say, it may be that the way the documents are being prepared is not the right way but anyway there should be a way to block wrong answers and only answer that you don’t know or with some already defined message.
Well there could be many things you could do when you don’t know the answer but first you have to understand that you have to fit into the framework of the documents.
Is it possible that narrative design could be used for these issues?

And… about the main question in this ticket, have managed to see something of the problem that they are facing
And… how can we see more information about the update of our current subscription adjusting it to upcoming business situations we are dealing with ?

Can you confirm how long it takes for you for the answer to come. Also we have recently identified and fixed some code that was taking too long. Could you confirm if you are still facing the issue.

When I finish preparing a little better the narrative design I will also test it in UE5 and I will tell you about it.
