Best way to update Convai SDK?

Hi :slightly_smiling_face:

I would like to update to the latest SDK, what is the recommended way i.e. is it best to remove the Convai package first or install the new one over the top of the old one? I’m thinking removal first is the best way and then install the new SDK but just thought I’d check.

I’m only after 1 feature in the new SDK really which is the new SpeakerID management system for LTM, I’d love to be able to get it without having to update as I’ve changed several Convai scripts but I appreciate this is not possible so it’s update time I think!

You can update it directly as there are no major changes, but I prefer to do it by creating a new branch.

Ah that’s great to hear I don’t necessarily have to remove first, great stuff! I will create a new branch just in case. Thanks K3, please mark as solved :+1:
