Can avatars know the existence of each other

Hi, is there a way to make the avatars know the Existence of each other ? also if I ask one of the avatars and the answer is not in his knowledge Bank but in the knowledge Bank of another can the avatar tell me please ask …(vatar name) he knows the answer.
