Can’t See My Captured Animations

I recently updated the convai Unity SDK version on my unity project to the latest one, 3.3.1. Then I downloaded the latest app version of the Convai XR Capture and logged in using my google account. Then I tried capturing some animations and it said it was uploaded successfully.

But when I open the Server Animations tab on my unity project, no animations ever show up no matter how many times i tried logging out/in, refreshing, and repasting the API key. Is this a google account problem or something thats making the animations recorded not being uploaded and accessible from unity SDK? Is there a fix?

i’m having the same issue even updating to the latest version in vr after i recorded it uploaded it but i can’t see anything in my dashboard ,i’m using the same account for both vr and pc

still nothing i noticed it stays stuck on saving screen ,the screen goes away only when i remove the vr headset from my face and when rewearing it only shows me the saved animations and the replay button
