ElevenLabs Voice Sync Issue

I am facing a critical issue with the ElevenLabs integration for an exhibition project launching in a few days.

My ElevenLabs voice list in the Convai dashboard appears and disappears intermittently, especially when I add new voices to ElevenLabs. Currently, it takes over an hour to sync, and I am being forced to create new API keys repeatedly to try and fix this, which is unsustainable and taking up critical time.

Could you please prioritize investigating this? I need an urgent solution as my exhibition is approaching.

Additionally, could you clarify the following:

  1. Is there a manual “Force Sync” function to update the voice list without re-creating API keys?

  2. What is the expected average sync time for this integration? Is a delay of over an hour considered normal behavior?

I have a major exhibition launching in a few days. This integration is the core of my installation, and I am currently completely blocked by this technical failure.

Because I have received no response, I need you to escalate this ticket to your technical team immediately:

  1. Can you manually trigger a re-sync of my API data from your backend?

  2. If the integration is broken, is there any workaround I can use to get my voices into the dashboard right now?
