Hi! I am using a free account on the Convai Playground on the website and I don’t see the Guard Rail feature shown here in one of the Youtube links. I wanted to ask if this feature is still available or do I have to use the paid versions of Convai? Thanks!

You can access this as “Temperature” in the Core AI Settings.

Mm I see. So I set the Temperature at 0.01. In the screenshot, I asked the AI about Dove body soap and it replied some general information even though I didn’t add any info on the Knowledge Bank. My goal for the AI is to only say what they have on their Knowledge Bank and if asked about anything outside of it, they will reply I don’t know.

Is there any way that I could edit the settings to achieve that result?
