IOS app store upload - X Bug

Hi. FIrst time uploading to IOS app store, so dont know what to do.

They say that the X is buggy. You think they could be right?
Cant get the simulator to work to test it.

Convai is the only X in the game, but have many! Funny they dont say what part of the game.
I will try to ask the apple submission team.
