Is it possible to not change the parent class when using ALs?

hello i am very new to convai but i just had a quick question. I am using Als with the Convai system and i have come across a bug im Currently following this tutorial with ConvAi But there is a problem when it comes to changing the parent class from the ALS Base character to the ConvaiBasePlayer and the problem is when i change the parent class it completely breaks my charecter

If so how I’m open to suggestions

Hi <@1191035184951349348>, I encourage you to take a look over this guide which shows how we can implement Convai without having to change the parent class. I hope this helps you navigate your way around ALS and gives you a deeper understanding of the plugin.
