Migrating Characters Between Convai Accounts

Hi Convai team,

I currently have an existing Convai account on a different developer login where I’ve already created multiple characters. I recently upgraded to a paid Convai Pro account under another login, and I’d like to migrate all my characters from the old account to my new Pro account.

Could you please guide me on the process for transferring or migrating characters (and any related data) between two Convai accounts?

Character transfer between Convai accounts is not supported.

If you want to move characters to another account, you will need to manually recreate or copy their data (description, narrative design, knowledge base, etc.) into the new account.
