Recently I saw your latest video which had the google link I downloaded and opened the scene it is saying missing prefabs this is a totally new Unity project

  • Download the “ConvaiXRDemo.zip” file and extract its contents to a location of your choice.

  • Open Unity Hub, and click on the “Add Project from Disk” button.

  • Select the extracted folder where you saved the files from the zip archive.

  • Click “Select Folder” to add the project to Unity Hub and open it.
