I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out to seek your assistance with a couple of technical challenges we’re currently facing, in the frames of our partnership relationship.
- We have developed a custom avatar using Meta Creator and need to upload it to our account. However, we’ve encountered some problems with Unreal that we are working to resolve. Your expertise in helping us to successfully upload the avatar would be greatly appreciated.
- We are looking to replace the Convai logo with our client’s logo in the chat interface during Pixel Streaming. We’ve uploaded the custom logo through Avatar Studio, and it appears correctly there, but it fails to display when launching the experience. Despite using the “Save Changes” feature, the issue persists, and we would like your guidance on how to address this.
- Regarding the publication of this experience to our client, we want to create the character under our account and provide the client with a branded custom link. They only logo that can be shown throughout the Customer experience is the client logo. A concern we’ve noted is that, when sharing the character or experience privately, recipients are required to create a Convai account and their engagement records under their account, which is not ideal. We would like to explore options to simplify and improve this process for our clients.
