No matter what I say to them they only repeat like their normal first line, or some minor variation of it. Something along the lines of “Hi, how’s it going” or something similar depending on their backstory. I have made no changes to my code, so is this some anomalous error with Convai’s backend? Please let me know what I can do to fix this error, I really need my application working correctly asap.

Yes, we double checked and it seemed to be fine. With no changes the issue resolved itself, so I really do not know what happened
