Yes, you need to upgrade your Convai Plan for ElevenLabs voices.

i see, sounds fair. I’m interested in getting a plan, and i realized there is a limit of 1 / 3 / 10 character concurrency. Is there a way to get more?

The interaction Quota is a general quota. It is independent of the voice you use.
