Good afternoon! I created a project in Unity for the Meta Quest 2, and in this project, there is an NPC from Convai. The NPC is there to assist the player if they have any questions about the feature. The project has already been exported, and everything was working fine, but sometimes out of nowhere, the Convai conversation box does not appear, preventing communication with the NPC. Could this be related to some instability with the Convai server? Since the project was already exported, and nothing else has been changed, but sometimes the conversation box appears and sometimes it doesn’t, what could be the issue?
I am using the free version because I am testing it to show the company the potential of the tool before purchasing it.
