For now you can only upload information to knowledge bank with .txt.

Thanks for your answer! Can i ask if is possible later for URLs to work too? I am working in a company that creates apps for musuems etc in Greece (we are planning to contact with you because we are thrilled with your job) and the ability to create NPCs that can get information from a link (the museums page for example) will be amazing
