Blocked Login to Convai Website after Unreal Engine Integration
What are you trying to do?
I tried to login to Convai to troubleshoot why my Unreal Engine Metahuman suddenly disconnected from Convai.
What happened?
I successfully setup a Convai Chatbot character with Unreal Engine’s Metahuman system. I could converse with the charater, the character led me to different objects as intended without any issues. Suddenly, the Unreal Engine screen says I am disconnected presumably from Convai. Upon trying to login to Convai’s website I am greeted with an error message that I cannot find online for helps to remedy.
Even logging into to Convai dashboard from different devices presents this error regardless of if the Unreal project is open or not.
Steps to reproduce
1.) Set up a Convai chatbot with Unreal Engine.
2.) Log in to Convai dashboard site.
