You can add more than one character.
But if you want them to talk at the same time, your character concurrency must be 8 or higher.

Not at the same time. I will add 8 characters side by side within a level. I will have each of them read a 5-6 line script in a different language in turn. I will speak to each of them in turn in different languages. Is this possible in unreal engine?
