If you click on the game, the cursor will lock, you must press ESC to exit lock mode

how do i enable the cursor all the time so that whenever i click the chatbox i can make a converstation, removing esc key logic?

In the scripts in this screenshot,

Cursor.lockState = CursorLockMode.Locked;

make these lines a comment line.
