Connect to Knowledge Bank Files at Runtime

Is there a function I can call to connect to a certain txt file that was previously uploaded to Knowledge Bank at runtime?
I would like my Convai character to take on a new identity at runtime without losing the previous memories with the player. If there’s no such function, how else should I go about it?
