Hello, this new feature was recently announced in the Unity store.

However, after installing it on my VR headset, I can’t log in with my usual Convai account, which is a Gmail account, the same one I usually use to log in to Convai.com.

I can only use the tool if I use a new account that isn’t registered.

This means it doesn’t work for existing Convai accounts.

Therefore, I can’t associate the animations with my account.

Hello, we haven’t been able to reproduce this issue on our end. It might be related to browser settings. Could you please clarify the exact problem you’re encountering? What happens when you try to log in with your existing Gmail-Convai account?

If I enter my email and password to log in, it says it’s already in use.

And if I click on “Google Login,” it doesn’t load.

It indicates the browser isn’t secure.

It fails exactly the same on Quest 2, Quest 3, and Quest 3s.
