Convai Latency Issues in Brazil

Hi Convai team,

I’m using the getResponse endpoint from Brazil, without a VPN, and even a simple text request like “hi” takes around 5 seconds to get a response via Postman.

In the Convai Playground, the response is almost instant.

I’m currently working on an MVP for a startup, and this response time would be very frustrating for users.

Could you please advise if there’s a way to reduce latency for requests from Brazil, or if there are any recommended configurations for this region?
