Custom logo on Avatar studio

Hi Convai team,

I’ve uploaded a custom logo to Avatar Studio and enabled the “Display Logo” option. The logo appears correctly within the Avatar Studio interface, and I’ve saved the changes using the “Save Changes” button.

However, the issue arises when I start the experience—the custom logo does not appear. Interestingly, when I change the environment or avatar, those changes are applied correctly. The problem seems to be isolated to the custom logo not displaying during the experience, despite being configured properly in the settings.

Could you please test it on delta?

I’ve tested it on Delta, and same issue still occurs

Did you enable the Show logo option for All screen types?

Yes, I have enabled it on all screens.

@demetris.loizou Unfortunately, we cannot reproduce this issue. Could you share a video showing the entire process?
