hello, we are just starting out with Convai. When testing it out in our project with the free plan there is no access to use the databank.
I was wondering at which plan this option becomes available. In the pricing tab it’s not clear to me, since the free version also had a knowledge size of 1Mb.

Sorry, I figured it out. I didn’t realize the databank wasn’t available in the preset characters.
I 'have started to config our own and now the option is available. Thank you for the quick action. This question can be considered to be answered
