Issue with the Convai platform

Good morning! I’m having issues with the characters on my account. Every time I try to talk with any agent, I get the errors shown in the picture. It doesn’t work on Unity or in the build either.

Does this issue happen with all characters?

Also, is the email of your Convai account the same as the email linked to this forum account?

For the month of November, I cancelled the Convai plan because I won’t need to use it extensively this month, so the 100 interactions included in the free plan are more than enough for my small tests. For character development, I use the email address venereponti@libero.it, and I’ve attached the screenshots of the plan. And yes, this issue affects all the characters in the account mentioned above.It’s as if everything has been blocked for me since I didn’t renew the plan, instead of reverting to the free one as it has happened before.

I tried and now it’s working again, thanks! It’s just that in the plan it still shows me the previous photo and not the free one.

Could you please clear the cache?
F12 → Application → Storage → Clear Site Data.
