Do private voices appear before Pro subscription

We have a question about using ElevenLabs private voices in Convai.

We understand that a Pro subscription is required to actually use private voices. However, before purchasing the Pro plan, we wanted to test whether the ElevenLabs API is connected correctly.

We added our ElevenLabs API key, but it has been 3 days and the private voices still do not appear in Convai.

Our question is:
Is it possible to verify that the API is connected correctly and that private ElevenLabs voices are detected, even without a Pro subscription (even if they wouldn’t work yet)? Or do private voices only appear after upgrading to Pro?

We just want to confirm whether the integration works before paying for the subscription.

Just chipping in to say EL private voices have worked for me in Unity when I had a Pro plan a while ago, I’ve not seen anyone comment that they don’t integrate (I check this forum pretty often).
