Editor crashing when testplaying

Hi guys, the UE 5.7.4. editor keeps crashing as soon as I start the game inside the viewport. I added the facesync and everything to a metahuman. Fails every time with this crash error message:

There isn’t a version specifically called “beta 4.” Could you please share the exact Convai Unreal Engine plugin version you are using?

Also, the crash message alone is usually not enough to investigate the issue. Please share the full Unreal Engine log file so we can review the detailed error information.

The exact version number is 4.0.0 Beta 15, the latest plugin version from Fab. Log file I can provide, where shall I send it?

So now it doesn’t crash, conversation works BUT mouth of metahuman not moving when speaking although face anim has been applied. The plugin says that character class shall be set to Pawn instead of ConvaiBaseCharacter (says deprecated). And when I apply convai body animation, the body is completely deformed (I set it back to manny basic anim then). I added the Convaichatbotcomponent, no idea why the avatar’s mouth is not moving.

So it works, conversation, face anim. Still the body animation makes a mess out of the avatar. I did it exactly the way it was shown in the video.

Now everything works … locally. I uploaded the build (all plugins activated including pixelstreaming) to the ps server. I do have the professional tier but still on the ps server the conversation does not work.

You are checking the old documentation. V4 doesn’t support pixel streaming.

Or do I need to use v 362 ?? I hope v4 will support it soon.

We don’t currently have plans to support Pixel Streaming on V4. If needed, you can continue using V3, but please note that it will no longer receive updates.
