In ConvAi, there are options to change voices to some presets. Although there is an option to add preset voices from eleven Labs too. But is it possible for me to integrate my custom voice from eleven Labs into ConvAi?

Yes you can use your custom voices with your Eleven Labs API, but your subscription to Eleven Labs must be Independent Publisher tier or above.
