Hello, 3 days ago I bought an ElevenLabs Pro subscription and updated the api key on ConvAI, but I still see that the voices are inactive.
Is there something more to do?

I’m currently on the free tier of Convai for testing purposes; if I need to buy some subscription to get things work tell me please.
I have a scheduled demo and I need to know if I can continue with Convai or drop this way and choose another technology.
I need to use Elevenlabs voices, for which I bought an elevenlabs pro subscription, but I can’t yet select them since they are not available.

Our response time is 2-3 business days (excluding outages/bugs)
We provide dedicated support to our enterprise and partnership customers.
I have seen your mails, but we have not responded to your mails as we are already in contact with you here. This way the process will be complicated and difficult to follow up.
Sending more than one mail or opening more than one ticket here will not speed up the process.
When you connect your ElevenLabs Pro account, you can add ElevenLabs custom voices to Convai.

However, if you want to use ElevenLabs Voices included in Convai, you need to upgrade your Convai subscription and if you use these Voices, they will be used from the Elevenlabs quota available in your Convai account.
